Your app and main database run in Toronto, on Canadian infrastructure. Your clients’ information stays in Canada rather than being shipped to a US data centre.
Fenced at the database
Every record is protected at the database itself, so an agent only sees what they should. The app connects with a limited role that cannot step around those rules.
No data sent without consent
AI is off by default and only runs on your own key. Your contacts are never sent to an outside service unless you turn a feature on.
Bring your own accounts
Calls, texts, AI, and email all run on accounts you own. Ribbt is the workspace on top. Nothing underneath is locked to us.
