What does “price held while subscribed” mean?+
Founding members keep their founder price for as long as their subscription stays active. It isn’t a lifetime deal. If you cancel and come back later, you’ll join at the public price. Stay subscribed and your price never goes up.
What is the founding charter?+
We’re signing up the first hundred founding members. Founders get today’s lower price held while they stay subscribed, a real say in what we build next, and a spot in the private founders community. There are 100 spots and no more.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card to begin.
Where is my data hosted?+
Your app and main database run in Toronto, on Canadian infrastructure. Your clients’ information stays in Canada rather than being shipped to a US data centre, and you can export all of it any time.
Is AI on by default?+
No. AI is off until you turn it on, and it only runs on your own key. Your contacts are never sent to an outside service unless you switch a feature on.
Do I bring my own accounts for calls, texts, and email?+
Yes. Calls and texts run on your own Twilio, email runs on your own inbox over IMAP and SMTP, and AI runs on your own key. Ribbt is the workspace on top, and nothing underneath is locked to us.
How does pricing work as my team grows?+
Each plan includes seats: 1 on Solo, up to 3 on Small, up to 10 on Team, up to 30 on Brokerage. Past that, extra seats are a low flat rate, and when we can see that another tier would cost you less, we tell you.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan any time from the billing portal. No lock-in and no cancellation call.
